Street Swing: novice and advanced. 
Just-dance Hustle: novice and advanced. 
Jack 'n Jill Hustle: novice and advanced. 
Couples' Routines: Classic Novice, Showcase novice, Masters, Classic open, Showcase open, Pro-Am, Juniors: novice and open
Weekend ticket $50 (before Oct.1st), $60 after Oct.1st. 

Two Free workshops with full-weekend ticket. 
Extra workshops $5 each. 
Approximately 20 great swing workshops with the nation's top dance teachers to choose from.

Thursday, October 22  
5 pm Registration Opens  
8 pm workshop  
9 pm workshop  
10 pm Free "kick-off" dance for weekend ticket holders (See pictures from 1997's "Early Bird" dance.) Dance until 4 am. 

Friday, October 23  
10 am - 6 pm Workshops in three ballrooms  
6 pm Swing Competitor's Meeting  
7 pm Swing Competition and social dancing begin 
Social dancing continues until 4 am.  

Saturday, October 24  
9 am - 6 pm Workshops in two ballrooms  
6 pm Swing Competitor's Meeting  
7 pm Swing Competition and social dancing begin 
10 pm Awards - Social dancing continues until 4 am.  
 

Sunday, October 25  
9 am - 4 pm Workshops in two ballrooms 
Party and dance afterwards until 4 am.

 Two Events for the price of one!!  

The Kansas City Swing Challenge is held in conjunction with the Heartland Dance Festival Country Dance Contest. Your weekend ticket admits you to both events for one price! Country dance contests are held in the main ballroom during the day on Saturday and Sunday while workshops are being held in the other two ballrooms. Take your choice! Or shop at the great vendors available.
